Cuba Opening Doors to Foreign Investments

President Raul Castro’s welcoming mat has investors waiting in line. The investors are seeking to buy land and build “vacation homes for well-heeled tourists” (Weissert).  Many are skeptical the move will be short lived.

Will the Cuban regime once again back out after there is no longer an interest in building?
