Feeling The Heat? Cool Down With a Batido de Fruta

Across the country the heat has been beating down with temperatures in the 90′s and 100′s. According to The Weather Channel the northeast will be even hotter due to “upper-level ridge of high pressure shifting its focus from the Plains and Missouri Valley to the Appalachians and East” (weather.com).

I think this weekend we will be visiting our favorite caferteria and slowly sip down on a batido de fruta. I encourage you to do the same. Stay cool mi gente, Pa’lante.
