Recently I was challenged by a friend to change something in my life that would make a difference. Since I was looking for new ways to challenge my already healthy eating habits I decided to cut the meat entirely out of my daily intake. Initially, the challenge was for a week,but after feeling the difference it made in me physically,I decided to take it a step further and go the rest of the month.
As a result I lost 4 pounds in one week, feel great and have no cravings for meat. This is great for anyone looking to change things a bit in their life and regain confidence, self sufficiency, strength and self love.
