In “La Busqueda,” or the Search of Building Bridges

Let’s admit it,  praise is a priceless gift that bestows upon the recipient a sense of accomplishment and commends the giver for selflessly recognizing how others compliment their purpose.

Recently, a fellow member of the Latinas Leadership Network  “LLN”, Inés Mato who is the founder of La Busqueda, or the search,  reached out to us after having learned about Pa’lante Latino via LLN. Ines told us that she would like to do a blog exchange since she had “just started her new blog about career, women’s issues and professional growth.” Obviously, we agreed since her blogs highlight exactly what we’ve been saying all along!  The Latino community is, in many ways, consuming and participating in main stream American society successfully without any “specialized” or “tailored” sites. More and more, our worries and concerns are the same as just anyone else living in the U.S.  This is evident in the blogs found in “La Busqueda.”

“Inés Mato is a bilingual freelance journalist, founder of La Busqueda and Product Specialist at Business Wire. She holds a B.S. in Journalism and is working on her master’s degree in Public Administration.”

We thank her for putting us on the “spotlight” and clearly capturing our essence and purpose. Inés Mato reminds us that by helping each other grow we build bridges. ¡Pa’lante!
